1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
During product launches, pre-orders, or peak periods, processing times may be extended.
THRML° reserves the right to delay shipment due to inventory verification, fraud screening, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and delivery location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected)
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via trusted third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
Once an order leaves our facility, control and responsibility for delivery transfer to the carrier.
THRML° is not responsible for carrier delays, service interruptions, weather disruptions, or lost packages caused by the carrier.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout:
- THRML° is not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address.
- If returned to sender, additional shipping fees may apply.
- Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
If a tracking number indicates that a package has been delivered, THRML° is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Delivery to incorrect locations due to customer input errors
- Carrier scanning errors
We recommend contacting the carrier directly and checking with neighbors or building management.
We may assist at our discretion but are not obligated to replace or refund such orders.
6. International Shipping (If Applicable)
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing.
- THRML° is not responsible for customs delays or rejected shipments.
7. Pre-Orders
If purchasing a pre-order item:
- Estimated ship dates will be clearly stated.
- Orders containing pre-order items may ship together once inventory is available.
- Shipping timelines are subject to change.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged:
- Take photos immediately.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Retain all packaging materials.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in denial of claim.
