2. Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

- Items must be in original packaging

- Items must show no signs of wear

Due to hygiene standards, underwear that has been worn, tried on without undergarments, or removed from protective packaging may not be returned.

Cooling inserts must be unused and unfrozen.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

- Show evidence of use

- Are damaged by improper care

- Are marked final sale

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
